"Clean and bright room but the toiled was leaking. The hotel is fairly old and there is evidence of its age in many places. "

"Everything was great except for the service at the pool which was very slow to deliver our food. But most importantly we ordered two drinks, one virgin for my fiancé since she wasn’t supposed to have any alcohol and instead they gave her one with alcohol. Thankfully after 1-2 sips, she realized but still this could have been very dangerous and shouldn’t have ever happened. This was also her birthday trip and so it was supposed to be extra special for her but instead she was worried she was gonna...

"The hotel was good. Especially since it's close to the subway station. The only problem is that in my room there's no microwave, and there's not even a small fridge as well. Maybe, if im going back to visit Toronto,i will stay here again. "

"I enjoyed my time at the hotel. I was mostly locked up in my room because I was there for some quiet time so I can't say much about the facilities and staff. Nonetheless, I wasn't particularly pleased with their breakfast, it's almost as good as nothing. Also, their internet is pretty slow. Other than that, it is a pretty decent hotel and I would rate a 7/10."
