"I liked that transportation was convenient when moving around downtown Toronto."

"The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel had a nice hot breakfast buffet and is located near many attractions in the downtown area. Only drawback is rooms are a little outdated and out of two rooms we stayed in one mattress was not comfortable and lumpy. We did see new mattress in the hall as we were checking out so hopefully refurbishment is happening. "

"The transportation was packed. Driver didn’t turn light on so we all had to find our way in the dark. The hotel seems okay but the driver needs spoken to and they could add a shuttle."
