"Overall very clean hotel - you can definitely tell the age but they keep it in good shape. Plenty of parking, though keep in mind it's $10 extra per night. Nice location but fairly desolated on weekends/evening because of the unnecessary surplus of parking in the downtown core. I was very happy with the stay and I would suggest to those wanting to be in a central part of Edmonton with plenty of public transportation options. "

"Was clean and great for the kids. Unfortunately, volleyball teams swarmed the area and decided to run up and down the halls until 1:00am. Sound was a bit of a problem. "

"My only complaint was the furniture, doors in room are scratched and marked showing their age. Carpet has large wrinkles everywhere! In halls on 4th and in room. Carpet needs an upgrade or move to different flooring for a fresh look."

"The hotel was nice. I like the vibe in the rooms. They could at least add a small sofa to the empty space at the corner so it didn't feel empty and odd. Wish workers were more friendly. What I'd found is that Canadians are polite but not friendly at all. They just don't smile or greet you. They just give you looks like " why are you here?" Just bad customer service. "
