The front desk staff from the day i arrived until i checked out the next day were so friendly and accomodating. They helped me to print, scan and sent to my email the documents that i need with out any hesitation. The hotel is so clean and very relaxing to stay. Will recommend this for sure and will come back again. Keep it up - Vishmark

Very nice staff. They left little Valentines candy for me and my partner when we got to our room. Water pressure on the 4th floor was hit and miss, but overall a great stay.

The breakfast was excellent. Room was great. Parking lot isn't huge but looks like there is construction around so possibly will be opening more space. Pool hours are great and the pool itself is clean. The whole property is well kept and clean. Will stay again.

Staff should have taken responsibility for making sure unsupervised teenage hockey team were being managed. Kids destroyed the hotel and the parents were no where to be found. Staff did little about complaints.
