"Front desk staff was very friendly both at check in and check out. They even printed directions for us when our phone maps weren’t working due to roaming. Great hot breakfast with staff present keeping everything the breakfast area clean and stocked. "My husband and I stayed 2 nights and had a decent visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful when it came to parking our large suv. The hotel was under renovation at the time so no judgement there. I was however disappointed in the state of our bathroom. The bathtub had dirt or mold in the corners and that made its way to the floor and ceiling corners as well. The last thing I want to point out is the parking option. "Stayed here prior to a cruise. A friendly shuttle driver picked us up at the airport. The gal at the front desk was very courteous checking us in. The king size bed was comfortable. Carpet clean. Nice towels. Very quiet. Also hotel will shuttle u to cruise terminal 20$ US cash per person. "
