The hotel worked well for an overnight stay after taking the shuttle from Seattle to fly from YVR the following morning. There are limited food options nearby for later evening meals. The room was clean and comfortable. And the shuttle to the airport was convenient and easy to arrange.

The hotel was clean. The shower was difficult to get into when the water was on…only one side of the door slid and you got ice water or scalded while trying to figure out the controls. There were conflicting information at the desk over check out? The property is not in a very nice area, not many places to eat or get a drink…the closest restaurant was booked up to 830 for dinner reservations because everyone in the hotel was there. There was a mr. sub and burger king across the road but the Burger King was closed for heath reasons? I expected more for the amount of money it cost but it was basically a place to sleep.

property close to transit system into Vancouver. The hot water was not hot so showers were on the tepid side. Area was congested with traffic, not many good restaurants nearby. Breakfast served which was included was good.
Lovely update and clean room, friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Property is dated but looks to be maintained well. Our room A/C was a little noisy…Sounded like rain on the roof. The breakfast was great and staff was friendly and attentive.
The hotel was clean. The staff was courteous. No complaints at all.

The stinky feet smell was strong and the a/c did not remove air moisture. Sheets were not changed until i called housekeeping after finding hair in the crumpled sheets.
Staff was awesome. Front desk extremely helpful and attentive. Rooms very clean. Quick Taxi and Uber Service.
Onsite restaurant and bar would be a big plus. If you do not have a car, stores and restaurants not conveniently located close by.
