I just was looking for safe, quiet and affordable place to stay For me was more than convenient excellent location between Fraser area (Abbotsford, Langley, Surrey, Coquitlam, Burnaby and Vancouver Allow to drive on those areas easy For my business travel very convenient and excellent price

Unfortunately there was no hot water that day. The unit I was in was pretty beat up. The sink was cracked, the counter was stained, the flooring was carved up, the curtains were mismatches, the tub tap ran continuously, the door frame was badly beat up. Everything seemed clean except the walls. There was a working fridge and microwave. The only staff person I met was very nice.

The property does need renovation and they are doing, but it is in a tremendously quite cozy nook, surrounded by ciders from all sides - very homey and nice, and even some messy environment of this park area adds some authentic tinge. The personnel is GREAT and caring. For this price and their personnel effort they are 5 stars. Before that I stayed in an "all-pumped-out-and-pimped out" hotel Coast Kamloops Hotel & Conference Centre and my stay started with their receptionist trying to deny my stay cos I didn't have my credit card on me, though I have banking card and cash, and I had fully paid for my stay anyways.- 2 times more than at Langley, and at Langley the tap in the bathtub was OK, whereas at Coast Kamloops it pissed with water when in the shower mode. Well if I give that Coast Kamloops 3 stars then from the relative perspective I have to give 5 stars to this little quite corner where everything worked and I didn't have any problems with the personnel (even though I didn't have my credit card)

It’s cheap, it’s basic and it’s in a pretty good location. It was perfect for an overnight stay. My only complaint? You really have to run the hot water to get it to be hot. Apart from that? I would highly recommend.

My room with 1 bed was possible to connected to next room by inside door. So, I heard neighbours all sound. I'll ask independent room with 2 bed next time. Location was very nice. I woke up with bird song from among trees. also lot of restaurants are nearby.
