"The host communicated wonderfully from the time I booked until I checked out. The property was perfect for our needs and located in a beautiful part of town. The interior was spacious, and the patio was especially lovely—unfortunately, it was too cold for us to fully enjoy it. "Comfortable property but not appropriate location as it was noisy all night as it was facing a Main Street and vehicles moving all night. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area so that was convenient but that added to the noise. "

"We were told the day of our arrival that we were being moved to another property 40 blocks farther from the city. What choice did we have at this point? The alternate accommodations did not have a comfortable seating area for the 4 of us (one of the reasons for our original property choice) and was not as convenient for our preferred transportation options, and it was very different from the photos of the original reservation property. The whole experience felt like a bait & switch. We asked for...
