"We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton NY Times Square. We visited the city with our teenage grandson. Even though the hotel lobby was under construction, the hotel staff was very helpful, kind and generous with their time. One staff member took the time to instruct us on how to navigate the subway to CitiField. From this hotel we were a short walk to Central Park. "
"This a beautiful old historic property in a great area in the upper west side. Love the neighborhood and loved the hotel. Great architecture and rooms. Got upgraded to a bigger room and the bottle of wine that came with it was a nice perk"
