"No ac and yes I opened the window the little crack that it did open. The tv didn’t work and the phone just kept ringing. Went down to the front desk and they told me they were sorry and a big team had arrived and they could be calling the wrong room offered us late checkout but cmon no ac is the worst going to a hotel. "

"Great area. The hotel is not in the best condition. Furniture needs to be replaced. Rugs are old and stained. Rooms are tiny. The area is surprisingly quiet, we slept like rocks. "

"Great team, excellent customer service. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and is in a great location, just off Park Avenue. We gave one 4-star rating because the bathroom needed a touch-up, and the hair dryer was missing from the room. We will gladly come back!"
