We did have a situation with the water that was unfortunate, but not a typical situation. However, the managers took great care of us and also refunded us a good portion of our money for the inconvenience.!! We will be staying there again. "

"I loved this quirky boutique style hotel. It was a great location with all the basics (microwave, refrigerator). The rooms are on the smaller side but are clean and well stocked. It was a great value for downtown Vancouver. The cafe in the same building was perfect for a quick, lite breakfast too. "

"Great place to stay in Vancouver! Only problem was finding hotel as it does not have any identification outside except a VH on the steps railing. The front desk person saw us wandering around looking for the hotel and came out and lead us to the hotel lobby."

"Property was a little dated but clean and comfortable. Restaurant at hotel was expensive. Fast food was a couple of blocks away. The public streets had a lot of trash and overgrowth but not a bad walk to restaurants. "

"Was a pleasant stay, nothing out of the ordinary. Rooms were decent, location was easy to get to. Nightlife sounds were what i expected in downtown but overall was a good stay."

"We were attending a celebration of life at the church next door so the location was very convenient. The room was a little outdated, but there is obviously work going on to update the hotel. The bedding and towels were wonderful and despite being next to a hospital it was very quiet. The staff were all efficient and friendly and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay again."
