“Really good”
Really warm, friendly and accommodating staff. Genuinely child friendly. Very convenient to airport especially with shuttle transfer service. Also convenient to local shops and sky train.
“Shall be back”
Overall it was a great stay. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and courteous. The adjustable king size bed, however; was not comforable at all.
“Review of Radisson Hotel in Richmond, BC”
The front desk and the shuttle bus driver are very friendly and helpful. Room is comfortable except that we didn't get a room with sleep number bed. The air conditioning is kind of not enough for the bed closer to the wall. Overall, it is a very good hotel. Location is excellent and just a block from the sky train station.
“Recommened!”
The hotel was very clean and my room was well appointed and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. The in-hotel restaurant (Fresh) seemed weird at first. Despite eating there at 6:00 pm on a Saturday night, we were the only patrons. It felt a little awkward but the food was of high quality and tasted fantastic. Lastly, the free hotel shuttle bus (which runs 24-7) was very convenient and the driver was flexible with travel times.
“The Best in Richmond”
Excellent location which is not only close to airport and BC ferries but also in the hub of numerious Chinese restaurants, if you want to taste authentic Chinese food. Staff are warm and helpful. The beds are very comfortable with adjustable firmness.
“A very pleasant stay”
We dealt with a number of staff members during our stay. They were all very friendly and courteous. The facility was clean and comfortable.
“Great place to stay.”
This was a very nice place to stay and convenient to the train station into Vancouver. We would not hesitate to stay again.
“Great Location”
Clean. Great service. Helpful, friendly staff. Hotel is conviently located next to two malls which have awesome food courts that serve any kind of asian food (including dim sum) you can think of at an affordable price! Hotel does charge a parking fee of $10.60 daily.
“friendly, efficient service - a pleasure to deal with them”
the only drawback was the sound of the planes taking off as the hotel is near the airport. if guests expect and know about the noises, and don't mind it, the stay would have been even better.
“Great place to stay in Vancouver for the price”
Great hotel if you are looking for a reasonable price in Vancouver. Very close to the airport and free shuttle. As nice as any downtown hotel to me, price is due to the neighborhood I would guess - a little run down and very Asian, but no concern about safety. Easy to get to any where else in the city. Tim Horton's within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again next time.
