“Shall be back”

Overall it was a great stay. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and courteous. The adjustable king size bed, however; was not comforable at all.

“Convenient YVR airport hotel next to Canada Line”

A clean and modern hotel for the business traveller. Parking is very limited adjacent to the hotel, overflow is on the 5th floor of a parking garage down the street. Elevators very slow and insufficient for a property of this size. Room modern and well appointed. Housekeeping very good, and front desk staff very friendly. Free WIFI which is a significant value in this market. Steps away from the Canada Line with connections to YVR and downtown Vancouver. Grocery store across parking lot, and shopping malls nearby.

Area recommendations

Nearby shopping at Yaohan and Aberdeen Malls. Absolutely best Chinese food in Vancouver at Jade, very near this property.

“Beautiful rooms”

The hotel itself is beautiful. Rooms are great and beds have sleep number mattresses. Hotel staff was friendly. Basically, everything about the hotel was great. Only drawback was the neighborhood was kind of iffy, kind of industrial looking and not much choice of restaurants.

“nice clean airport hotel”

we only stayed one short night in the Radisson, since our flight was at 7AM. we ate some very nice appetizers the evening we arrived and took the complimantory shuttle to the airport the next morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice stay!

“good clean airport hotel”

very clean functional airport hotel,room service/bar hours a little limited. not a great deal in the surrounding areas but i very pleasant hotel to stay in and i would recommend to others.

“Great hotel”

Great hotel. It was in an area that was reminiscent of Chinatown. That was neither good nor bad. Just an observation. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others.

“Impressive”

Although it is the first time to live in this hotel, it is really good choice. Room facilities are very good. Especially, transportation, shoping and car rental are very convenient. It would be better If breakfast could be included in the room rate.

“Good location. Room is very comfortable.”

The hotel is located right next to a supermarket, location of the hotel is great. The only problem is parking. The front parking lot is very crowded. You may need to park to the parking building next to the hotel, which means you will need to walk a short dist back to the hotel if your do.

“Mostly likely not go back again”

Commom area was dirty, dusty and worn out. Elevator is really worn out and really could use a good maintenance, it is so lound I can hear it in my room and room is almost at the other of hall way. Bath tub is very slippery and does not have any thing in it to prevent from sliping, as matter of fact my wife slipped in the bath tub during the stay and bang her face in the bath tub. There is no greeting from the receiptionist when we walk in and out as if we are not exist at all, not friendly at all. Our main concern is safety in bath tub and maintenance of the hotel, and they have failed in may level.

“Hair in the bed”

Just before going to sleep we discovered that the bed’s sheets were full of hair. We call the front desk and they sent this guy who had never made a bed in his life, at the end we needed to help him. The hotel is just a few steps away from the SkyTrain which is a great thing if you are planning to go shopping. The mall just across the hotel is terrible, so it’s a better deal to take the SkyTrain and go to another mall.

Area recommendations

There is a nice mall just one station away from there.
