“Good hotel, GREAT location”
Great location right beside Metrotown mall and the room was very comfortable.
“Wish I could have stayed longer”
Actually I was so impresed with the linens that I have tried to order them online. So far no luck so will phone in my order.

Love the clean rooms, free internet, free paper, free printing and exceptional service. The towels are plush and beds comfy.
“Excellent location”
Although not near downtown Vancouver, this hotel is in a great location for shopping and catching the SkyTrain. The fitness room was small and smelled heavily of rubber, but a ten minute walk west leads you to a beautiful, forested park with trail system (City Park) and literally across the street from the Metrotown mega-shopping mall. Also across the street from a grocery for those traveling on a budget.
“Great place to stay, interesting surroundings”
My wife and I were here for one night, the Hotel is great....the cost was very competitive for such a high quality. The staff were very efficient and the valet parking guy was the best....he was so efficient and helpfull...he earned that tip!! The hotel is situated in an area that appears to be a 'Little Saigon' as we walked through a covered walkway into the Crystal mall next door and found a treasure trove of Asian food establishments. There was a great variety of ethnic foods, we had a great time choosing and everybody was friendly...although we did look like two Caucasian tourists who had got lost!! The sights, sounds, and tastes of the food court were amazing!!
“Ecellent hotel and service”
The hotel isn't in donwntown but is in front of al big shopping center (Metrotown). There is a station of the sky train in the mall, in fronnt of the hotel that brings you to the downtownn in minutes for $2.50. Tha hotel is excellent and the employers very helpful. A taxi from airport to the hotel is aproximately $30.00. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Free Internet, Friendly Staff and a Wonderful Stay. Plenty of underground parking for $8.00 a day.

“Very impressed will go back whenever in Vancouver”
I was at this hotel nearly a month plus ago and this is my second time there. I was overly impressed that stuff that I had previously left behind that I was unaware of, the staff had mentioned that I had left behind some stuff the last time over 36 days ago. It was pretty impressive they remembered. In the beginning of this new trip, they had made a mistake giving the room to another person but it was done by some trainee so thats forgivable. They upgraded me to an executive suite for the remainder of my stay. So that was a giant plus as well. The service, and staff here are outstanding. Will stay here again.
“great stay”
We stayed for 2 nights with 2 kids - 1yr and 3yrs. The rooms (including bathroom) were very clean - impt when you have kids! The beds were comfy, and the room was modern. The staff were very helpful - brought and made up a portable cot for my baby, and brought up a fridge for us to use. We were a 5 minute walk from a huge mall (Metrotown) which made it easy to eat and entertain ourselves and the kids. Pricewise, we barely paid more than a number of other two star hotels we looked at. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend it again. The only down side is that you are not close to the city; however the skytrain is right across the road and it took us probably 15 minutes to travel downtown on it. The staff again were very helpful and printed us a map and route numbers to help us take public transport to Grouse Mountain.
