"This hotel was perfectly located for our Ottawa stay. Good bed, spacious room, kitchen with dishes, laundry and great location. While it was a good location, walkable to all we wanted, it was quite noisy on a busy street with lots of truck traffic. There is also homeless in the area (as in every city) but we felt very safe waking around even in the evening. Would stay in this hotel again. "

"Spacious! Loved the large room with two queen beds and spacious bathroom, had a leisurely bath last night in the tub (not every hotel room offers tubs anymore!). Beds were comfy although the covers could have been a bit heavier. Check in was smooth and desk clerk answered all my questions. For being near the airport it was surprisingly quiet."

"Very good place for staycation with family. Les Promenades Gatineau mall right opposite to this place. Many dining options around the area. I would most definitely return again with family. P.S. Breakfast options are good and self serve not pre-packed. Don't listen to negative reviews."

"I did not like the fact the floor I was on was booked by a young team that played noisily in the hall until after midnight. Grandaughter had to get uo 6 AM for a gymnast competition and did not.get proper rest."

"I loved the hotel and its staff. My room was so spacious. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing to be considered is the pool water that was not clean enough for my baby so I didn’t use it."

"Stayed for two nights with family. Located in the main Byward Market area. Everything was close. Courteous staff who guided us for everything. Clean and big rooms. Will definitely return. "
