The location is excellent! The hotel itself needs some updates in all areas…

Great hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent service. The stay was comfortable and relaxing, and the location was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Good value, modern hotel in central London. Very busy, but rooms were clean quiet and comfortable.

Fantastic hotel and location. Majority of staff were exceptional. We did however leave a shopping bag from our trip in the room by accident and remembered on the train home. We called the hotel and said we would come back the next day to see if they put it aside from housekeeping but unfortunately it wasn’t found. Staff at reception were very helpful with this incident. Overall great hotel but remember a final sweep before you leave!

Beautiful building but lack of attention to detail. Upon arrival in spa, went to make a cup of hot tea and there was no sugar or stir sticks or spoons. Wanted to enjoy the hot tub before massage and it was like a barely warm bath plus the jets were spraying up at your face so you couldn’t sit without getting water in the face. Two lockers didn’t work. The massage staff was friendly but it was definitely fluff and buff- not much pressure so that was a disappointment. The main restaurant was fully booked and only time we could eat at the casual bar was 9 pm- so we had no dinner. Spa suite was spacious and well designed but the lights didn’t work and the hairdryer back piece kept falling off. Not impressed.
