We stayed in a 2 bedroom Suite and have nothing but good things to say about the rooms. The resort is getting older so they are going to have to invest some of the profits back in to the facilities soon, it is showing its age.
The check in process was great as it is all done electronically, there is a staff at the front desk during business hours if you do need something.
We were disappointed with the 10:00 am checkout.
There is definitely a lack of luggage racks.

Very nice hotel 2 blocks from the centre of town. Very nice rooms and a great restaurant and bar area. Bit pricey but not outrageous and you get what you pay for.
