Florida Spa Vacations

Had a great time with my family.

I felt so at home but still on vacation. A must to see and they will see me again.

Booked premium beachfront king suite 40 days in advance. Confirmed the day before and when we got there we were given a double queen bed suite. Disappointed

Everything was as advertised !! Also right next to a little outlet mall as well and there is a one of those Disney stores right on the way in as well ; the property itself was cool and the pools were in good condition. The people at the Pizza Hut were nice as well but the mini mart store prices were brutal. As far as the room , it was overall clean there were a few missed items by HK but I used to work at a hotel so I am a little picky. Some hair behind door and elsewhere but not bad overall. The room was a little dated otherwise. TVs small, last remodel was probably well over a decade ago the bathroom fixtures etc looked 90’s. For the price and everything else defintiely worth it ! If you want something brand new and fancy it’s not for you.

Beach was windy (nature); but still lovely, and the Spa and massage were great! I suggest cleaning the seaweed from the waves/sand, and leveling the sand.

I asked for an ocean view room in the Sorrento we got one that faces a concrete wall. On the first night the shower head fell off onto my husbands toe bruising it badly. People allowed their kids to play ball on the halls. The walls are very thin. We were also hit by a football 3 times while sitting by the pool. Getting service was very difficult by the pool as well.

The property was beautiful. The staff was good, but they needed more stuff to take care of her. Guess you could tell they were understaffed. The beach was beautiful. The food was delicious. The rooms were very nice.
