Very clean and nice equipment.

Its located in the area and the building is shared with other establishments. Location is prime, everything is just downstairs, grocery, restaurants and even shopping. But early morning can get loud if your room is close to the center and by the window, you’ll hear delivery trucks unloading everything. I requested to get the room switched but since theyre full house they were not able to accommodate my request. It was fine atleast they checked. Over all everything was good.

This is an old apartment, located is great but it needs refurbishing and it is pricey

Some staff are very rude for a simple question about cleaning schedule, and they had to seriously look in to cleaning plan especially when someone staying there for 2.5 weeks..its a good property and great location !!!

Lack of communication between manager and employee. guest service agent on the phone were helpless, reject everything when first ask, for example: ask if room is ready? Answer: no,at least one and half hour later. When I mentioned I saw a room was ready. He changed immediately said yes there’s a room ready….. the manger was promised sth, when I called on the phone, still got no no we don’t provide this. After I mentioned promise from manger, the answer changed to yes. ( no message put in the system??) Also bedleg was loosing it was like a teeter board. Bathroom door cannot be closed properly….. awful experience ever

It’s great as a bed but the AC doesn’t get into the cubes because there is no direct airflow. Other than that, it’s an affordable option for Singapore in a great location. And when did traveler’s etiquette fall off so much? Be quiet when you have an early departure and don’t let the door slam.

Not recommended here for family.
