The only problem was the shower hose was leaking making it rather unpleasant when having a wash with water splashing over one's face when not mounting the shower on its bracket. The door for the shower cubicle tends to brush the shower mat out of the way when one comes out of the shower unit. A fault of the design of the shower cubicle. I wish the cups in the room are bigger for drinking tea and disappointing with such a small kettle. I don't particularly like the reclining couch which is impractical for two people to sit on and an extra chair would be more helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent being so close to the MRT and lots of eating places around.

Excellent location across from the Tiong Bahru Market and close to Havelock MRT.

We are disappointed that there is no connecting room. The cleaning of the room was quite slow. We stayed for 8 nights and at least on four occasions, our rooms were not made up after 3pm. On the 2nd day, despite having made the request three times, it was still not made at 4.15pm. In the end, we had to get clean towels from the staff and empty the bins ourselves. Temperature of the room was very cold and cannot be increased - it stayed at 21 Deg all the time. We had to reduce the fan cycle to one to keep the cold air from blowing.

TV not working. Called the hotel 4 times. Each time the call was connected, the operator hung up. Or no one answers the phone.

Lack of communication between manager and employee. guest service agent on the phone were helpless, reject everything when first ask, for example: ask if room is ready? Answer: no,at least one and half hour later. When I mentioned I saw a room was ready. He changed immediately said yes there’s a room ready….. the manger was promised sth, when I called on the phone, still got no no we don’t provide this. After I mentioned promise from manger, the answer changed to yes. ( no message put in the system??) Also bedleg was loosing it was like a teeter board. Bathroom door cannot be closed properly….. awful experience ever
