"The pool was great. It was the best part of the trip for the kids. Late morning early afternoon, they were the only ones in the pool. Even when it was "packed" they didn't wait long to go down the slide. Front desk staff was great and very friendly, check in was very quick. "

Location is absolute, 5-6 minutes to West Edmonton Mall, also right on the hwy that leads to Jasper, and you can also walk to Wal-Mart, Dollar Tree, Costco, Tim Hortons and many other local stores and business. Hotel is quiet, there are two towers. Also offers breakfast. And its a very easy drive downtown and around the city. "

"Holiday Inn Express & Suites West-Edmonton Mall Area by IHG, is a good option for a hotel stay especially if you want to be near the mall, easy access to transportation (Uber), and for a good price, My family and I enjoyed and were satisfied with our stay. Firstly, the Hotel and rooms were clean, the front desk and staff were friendly and very helpful, Not to mention there free complimentary breakfast, simple but helps you begin your day, And if you wanted to stay at the hotel or did not want to go so far, there was a good amount of things to do inside the hotel as it consisted a fairly sized pool, weight room, and arcade/game area, And a grocery chain and some restaurants are also nearby walking distance. Overall, Holiday Inn by IHG is a great pick for a hotel to stay at during you visit at Edmonton, and I highly recommend it as I would love to bring my family back here the next time we visit."

"Check in was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean as well. It is close to the West Edmonton mall and some other restaurants. "

"pet walking area un maintained... no place to put doggy bags . Bed was not comfortable in any way . minimal duvet. Did not sleep well, nearby car was key accessed several times in middle of the night ( post 2 am) . For the price.... not great."
