Cable didn't work on the tv, wasn't reported to front desk, I didn't need it as internet wifi was fast so I was able to use Roku instead. Staff was friendly, roon was clean.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were in good condition. A first impression was a filthy outside door that hadn’t been washed for a long time. All of the outside doors needed a good cleaning and there was quite a bit of garbage in the parking lot. The lobby smelled smokey. I realized that having breakfast provided is an important feature for our family so we will look for that in future stays. Inside of our hotel room was in good condition and comfortable.

Arriving at the Inn, the area seemed a little sketchy. Parking lot shared by number of businesses and had a lot of potholes. Once in the Inn everything appeared very clean. No elevator, only stairs, but my wife, managing with a cane did the stairs ok. The room was very clean and the staff friendly. Room was $111.00. It would have seemed high but others were a lot higher. Nice sleep.

Check in desk was not truthful, stated gave us an upgrade, honestly you can’t give an upgrade. Hotel was dirty, loud music till 3am. Dog poop outside the patio door, construction as well. Asked for a room not on side with construction, said they would have to down grade to two double beds so really did they upgrade I had two queens booked. Hotel definitely needs to upgraded.

Uncomfortable Stay: - The room smelled like someone smoked in it. - Bedsheets got me to itch. No well cleaned I guess or very harsh chemicals. I couldn't sleep the whole night. - The cost is not less too.
