They don’t clean your room when you stay more than 1 night. Every hotel I stayed at they clean your room while your out for the day.

Our last stay at this hotel was very uncomfortable. There were people around our rooms screaming, arguing and just drunk. Upon arrival at the hotel, there isn’t any elevator to get up to rooms so having to use the stairs is not very accessibility friendly. Inside the room, it was very unsafe to walk with bare feet only as the carpets weren’t thoroughly clean. Stepped in a piece of wood that was not picked up or cleaned in the carpet and ended up wounding myself. Parking is also very difficult and limited at the front, at the back it is unsafe to park as the area around looks sketchy.

Property was out dated. We had to request for our room to be cleaned. The bed frame was broken. The floor felt gross and I didn’t feel comfortable letting my baby and toddler playing on floor. Blankets had stains. Room was very small.

The property was very easy to find and centrally located. We did not like the overly firmness of the beds and the fact there was no elevator to take us up to the 2nd floor. This should be advertised.

The rooms has old and dirty carpet, other than that, bathroom and utilities were clean,(microwave and fridge) the pics on the site are not updated! No bar area or dining or breakfast available. Only a restaurant attached to it, and in showing your room key, they give a discount. Very disappointed, no gym or pool or bar. Beds were confortable.

I like the access to fast food restaurants and the closeness to West Edmonton Mall. Seafood City is right across the street and has some good places to eat. Although not the hotels fault, some seedy people travelling through. Nice to see the have been sweeping the cigarette butts up in the. main entrance area.

I love the hotel because of being convenient for me and my friend to see the mall and the asian super market but the carpet needs to be replace soon very old already we have an issue with our room being the carpet that is not clean I talk to Grace the hotel receptionist that afternoon and she did the extra miles to help us change room we really appreciate the job well done thanks so much Grace keep up the good work 👍
