Welcome to Seaside living! Menzies Manor is located just steps from the Ocean, and minutes away from the heart of downtown Victoria. Menzies Manor is located in the quaint neighbourhood of James Bay, close to all amenities like grocery stores, post office, and wonderful restaurants and cafes. Menzies' beautiful suites allow for a complete restful holiday. After a full day of walking around our beautiful city, enjoy the comforts of home.

Our quiet Deluxe suite is located at the front of the building with 1 bedroom and separate bathroom. The suite offers quaint and comfortable furnishings, HDTV, high-speed internet and a full kitchen which comes stocked with all the essentials to get you started. Please view our photos to see that this suite is sub ground level, about 5 steps down from the main entrance at driveway level.

Just outside the front door, is Victoria's famous Dallas Road, where you can stroll for miles along the Salish Sea.

Important Notes:

You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in starts at 4 pm P.S.T.

Parking is free but there is limited space in the parking area at the back of the house. Larger vehicles may not fit. Please check with us before booking to be sure we can accommodate your vehicle.

This unit offers bicycle storage in a private locker room. If you plan to bring your bicycle(s) along, please reach out to Victoria Prime to discuss before booking.

Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.

Location and house added to my love of Comox
The house was cool even on hottest days and perfectly suited to my friend and I- we were 2 adults using the 2 bedrooms. It would work well for a family or two couples - might be a bit crowded with more. Walking distance to several beaches, the spit and short drive to many local sites. Had a wonderful month in Comox and loved the house. Even saw a bear from the deck as well as many deer. Recommend Birdhouse.
