"We stayed the weekend of Tortuga Music Festival, so the place was packed. However, I must say that the staff handled it perfectly. We felt well taken care of and welcomed. The attention was great - professional and kind. We want to thank all the staff for making it an amazing weekend, specially Jenna who went out of her way to make us feel at home. "The outside is out dated but our kitchenette was amazing! The staff was so attentive and nice! We didn't need housekeeping but as far as more towels etc.... they were on it! Would recommend this hotel and we will be back!"

"Food prices were a little bit expensive compared to surrounding areas. Some room updates are needed. Having beach access across the property is an huge plus. The hourly shuttles to downtown, as well as the on-call airport shuttle, being part of the amenities, is top-notch! Overall, we had a great stay, and would definitely considering going back. "
