"We stayed at the Rowdy Rooster for Father's Day weekend and had a great time! Had an early check-in, was able to walk to shops.The area had good dining options and we liked seeing the train pass behind the property. The house was updated and the furniture and beds were comfortable. "

"Unit is uniquely positioned in the backyard of a primary residence. It does have a private entry, but you have to walk through the side yard of the main home to get there. Once inside it is nice and they provide all the amenities that a hotel would. If you are looking for a simple place close to the beach, this is your spot. "

"My wife and I are avid cyclists so location to good riding and interesting destinations is paramount. This little cottage was perfect for cycling to Palm Beach and along the lake. Julie was most gracious checking us in and recommended an astounding Thai restaurant within walking (cycling) distance."

"Easily the worst stay I have had. Just be aware that this is not a building in good shape. One is that the building is deteriorated enough that the floors all slant one towards one wall. We just used the place at night to try to sleep, but that didn’t go well either! But I felt that I was on a boat and my balance was off all the time. My son slipped on the floor in the bathroom and was pretty sure that the floor was leaning downhill. There are a lot of issues and concerns when staying here...
