« Easily the worst stay I have had. Just be aware that this is not a building in good shape. One is that the building is deteriorated enough that the floors all slant one towards one wall. We just used the place at night to try to sleep, but that didn’t go well either! But I felt that I was on a boat and my balance was off all the time. My son slipped on the floor in the bathroom and was pretty sure that the floor was leaning downhill. There are a lot of issues and concerns when staying here...

"L'hôtel est plutôt propre et bien entretenu. On avait réservé une chambre avec micro ondes et réfrigérateur, qui n'etaient pas dans la chambre à notre arrivée, on a eu le micro ondes rapidement mais le réfrigérateur au bout de 24h c'est un hôtel avec beaucoup de personnes qui y vivent, donc ça donne une ambiance assez spéciale "

"Pas de sauna ni hammam comme mentionné. Ils ont réalisé des travaux dans la salle de sport qui ne les incluent plus, cela devrait être mentionné. Aucun plan du resort n’a été communiqué à mon arrivée, je n’avais aucune information. Bien trop cher pour le service."

"Nous avons eu la chambre 15 très spacieuse, emplacement facile d'accès avec parking. Bon échanges avec le gestionnaire qui n'est pas sur place (pas de réception). Cet hôtel a fait le taff par rapport a mon besoin pour 1 nuit."

"Hôtel ultra décevant. Service honteux et aucun respect des hôtes. La serveuse du petit déjeuner a essayé de nous faire payer le double et a été audieuse et agressive quand je lui ai fait remarquer son erreur. Nous avons récupérer notre voiture qui était garée dans le parking privé de l’hôtel avec un pneu crevé. Aucun retour de l’hôtel sur ces différents incidents qui sont pourtant très graves malgré leurs belles promesses lors de notre départ. Je n’ai jamais vu pire, cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses étoiles et beaucoup trop cher pour un service aussi mediocre. La plage était sale egalement avec des boulettes de goudron partout qui vous colle aux pieds! Une catastrophe absolue. On peut faire des erreurs mais ignorer le mécontentement des clients est juste inacceptable. "
