"Rooms I thought were very nicely laid out. Amenities such as on property dinning we're very good. Had brunch at Tula one afternoon and was delicious. Service....needs a little work. Had dinner at Tula our first night. Servers Danill and Ivan (twins) were extremely, extremely, good. Attention to detail. We never waited for anything. Food was very good. They had very good knowledge about the menu and that was very helpful. We also had dinner at Ayre, Indian cuisine, and I believe we ate until we just couldn't do it anymore. Chef always comes out to greet you and took pictures with him. Was very nice and welcoming. Food was definitely spectacular. Overall we would definitely go back to this resort and still do the same. Only bad mark I'd say was Lala... Hotel bar.... They seriously need work. Servers need help desperately. I would walk up and no recognition. They had only a few couples there and it was like they were swamped and couldn't keep up. Drinks were good, however, wait time was not so good. If I'm paying this much for a resort, this much for drinks... Gotta be able to step it up and bring your A game. We spoke to one lady and she said they are working on bringing up the servers to a Forbes way of serving. Overall satisfied and we'll be back."

"The stay exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The room was spacious, spotless, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were excellent, and the location was convenient and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and stress-free getaway."

"I wanted to be close to snorkeling at Phil Foster Park. The room was clean, the property not so picked up. But it served my purpose. Walking distance to dive and snorkeling area.. didn't use the kitchen but looked like it had all you needed to have a decent cook off. We only use this location for ending the day... Clean up and rest. Also I could hear the next apartment talking, but Turn the TV on and problem solved.. Did not like that there was an extra $100 charge for lot or something like that... parking was always available and I could always see my vehicle."

"I must say this place is a "DUMP"! I had a reservation for another location (See my 5-Star review of Fernando Flats) but they were booked for the prior day, so I had to select Singer Island Inn as it was the only option on Expedia. WOW It is rundown, beaten-up and unclean. When we arrived the apartment smelled like weed! There were dead roaches and everything was dirty (see pics). The place is very small and can only accommodate 2 people. Many floor tiles are chipped, broken closet door, kitchen heating elements are burnt, and the sink water pressure is a drizzle, to the point that you cannot wash your hands or brush your teeth. I gave it two stars because the A/C did work, shoer had hot water and decent pressure and the bed was comfy, but for what I paid which was more than Fernando Flats, I will never come here again!"
