"It took the receptionist literally 40 minutes to check us in. Incredibly slow and unfocused.When I asked questions,it appeared that she didn't know what she was doing or explaining to us why the process was to taking so long. Other than that, everything else was ok."

"Probably one of the best, if not the best hotel experiences is the US. Every moment was a vibe & relaxing security is exemplary because the balance being present & professional with also not exerting themselves onto people or allowing people to feel comfortable able. I’m somewhat a highly aware of my surroundings & people watching me or paying to me unnecessary attention. So the fact that even when I was not a guest on a previous visit I never felt uncomfortable is really a testament to the extra special security team. Probably the best security I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I’ve had security casually block a celebrity with ease or maybe block us checking out with luggage from the celebrity. & they did it so well. Impressive & not stressful for either us or celb passing by."

"Very close to South Beach and all amenities. Roof top pool was fabulous. Mexican restaurant on the corner was top notch!"

"The manager was very helpful and caring with us! The staff in general excellent as well as the free bicycles and free chairs at the beach. The location is also excellent! Nevertheless the room’s bathroom were in poor conditions and the beds felt old and uncomfortable. We are sad about it because we like a lot this hotel and have stayed several times and had never seen this 5 five star hotel in such conditions."
