« I love the place. That’s is a hidden gem. I would let the guy in the property stay there full time in case the guest need something. He was very helpful. In the lake house you could add some paintings or Japanese drawing to the wall to make it feel more cozy . Overall the experience was great and the birds and landscape are breathtaking. Thanks we will be back! »

« It was ok. The matress definitely needs replacing. Some minor repairs would go a long way. Such as the toilet paper holder. If you're expecting hotel condition, you should pass. But we are pretty laid back and aren't looking for luxury. Just a place to rest our heads. Hence the matress comment. It was cheap and did the job. We did get lost but were easily redirected with a timely phone call. The host was very nice and available when needed. I would return if Im in the area again. »

There were plenty of towels and even a small cooler and beach towels. The kitchen is decently stocked, but there is no ice maker, just two ice trays…making it hard to make use of a cooler. « The room actually looked nice and the price was fair given the location and the amenities. However, we had three separate issues beyond minor nuisances.I know not typical in Miami, but it was 42 degrees on the first night, so we turned on heat before going to bed. Less than three minutes later, we sensed burning smell and all smoke detectors began chirping violently. Clearly there was something critically broken in the AC unit and the smoke was distributed to the entire house via HVAC ducts. We...

« Rooms were clean dishes were not. They left us with 0 cleaning supplies. No dish soap, no laundry detergent, no garbage bags, etc. There were little to no blankets we were essentially sleeping with a bed sheet. The worst part about it was the host practically lives in the garage under neath us which we were not told. If it wasn’t the host someone was in and out of the garage hanging out and at one point giving haircuts from the garage. »

« We were in Florida for 11 days but only 4 at this location. That was way to short considering all there is to do down there. We had plan all our activities before arriving to Vilma's place. I would recommand you contact Vilma before you visit, beacause she has so many ideas and places to go, Unfortunately we were out of time.The property is really well equiped, lot of space a nice backyard that was missing a bit of shade but very convinient.Thanks Erasmo and Vilam for your great hospitaliity. »
