The outdoor terrace was a nice addition. Communication with the host was good, and we enjoyed the complimentary Cuban pastries. Overall, everything in the house was as described, and I would definitely book this spot again. Please note: the host uses a third-party website for check-in information, and the site requires ID verification as well as a damage deposit (98 non-fundable or 975 refundable). There was more than enough room and the rooftop was a big hit with the kids. The property manager was amazing! Victor helped us through one of the TV's not connecting to the internet and we also received some bakery treats! I only had one concern and that was with the neighborhood around us. At night we had a few cars that would race up the street in the front of the house and a few of the neighbors were arguing in the morning but personally that did nothing to sway how awesome the property was. ##### Courtney M. Very cozy bedrooms everything was clean and neat. The host was great with prompt communication. We loved the terrace. Place recommended 100%. Will surely go back to this place. Sleeps 10 comfortably, more then that less comfortable. The front living space is small. Not conducive to large groups. I think the property is perfect for 6 to 8 people. The couches are not very comfortable. The living room would be my only complaint for the space. The top floor outside space is nice and cozy. The Host is very nice , friendly, and responsive to inquiries. I was surprised on some of the finishes with the house, it seems the contractors skipped a lot of minor details, which doesn't really matter for the stay but i would be disappointed as a owner. Also, the door locks had issues the whole time. 2 parking spots, and not too bad for finding additional parking. Still for the price point the property isn't bad at all.
