The hotel was in amazing shape, the staff was super friendly and super helpful. The concierge knew all of the good attractions to visit and had the ability to issue tickets while you spoke with her. The pool was very comfortable and the bartenders were super friendly and always walking around the deck to ensure your drinks were full!!!

The room has recently been remodeled and refreshed with new furniture, fixtures, and paint. The staff is very courteous and proactive. The location of the hotel is almost perfect with close access to the historical district and its amenities and on the ocean. However, a couple of negatives: the hotel has significant construction going on with activities going into the evening; and the closest beach is about a 30 minute walk. We will likely return on e the construction is completed.

The hotel is very nice. The entire set up and location is great. However, they should fire the food and beverage manager as the fine dining and the breakfast was just horrible. That ruins the reputation of a good hotel.

The hotel reception and lobby was under massive construction during our trip. We were not aware of this and probably wouldn’t have booked had we known. The noise and confusion was not ideal given the cost per night. Given the location and other amenities though I would consider booking again assuming the construction is complete
