everyone were friendly, but I just don’t like how I paid extra to say just a lil longer at the hotel which was till 6pm and the guy over the phone said it’s fine. When I got downstairs they said no only till 4pm I could stay. I just feel like the people their are all over the place and just so confusing ...
This was a staycation after 3 months quarantined. The hotel was low in guest and it felt like we had the place to our self. The design is gorgeous, staff is friendly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean place and hotel was very prepared to protect customers from virus. Only thing was maybe give a complementary umbrella with the two lounge chairs. Overall super great place to stay with everything close by
It was quiet and we even had a room by the Pineapple pool. Loved the location and all 3 pools. The suntanning pier was amazing no matter what time of day we were there. Jules the concierge and Todd were kind and very helpful
Initially they gave us a room in building 1 i think it was and we didn't like it and with no concerns they changed the room to building 3 which was amazing. Loved it! Close to pool and beach. The only thing we didn't like was valet parking only option. Too expensive 45$/day, and we didn't like them ...
