"Room door did not lock, the elevator was always dirty (spilt coffee one day, yogurt the next morning), TV did not work, multiple charges on card the next morning with different costs, asked for late check out for 12 noon which reception said was okay, someone opened our door around 11 am, breakfast was not the best (missing items that are typically there), staff seemed unhappy to be in hospitality industry. Over all not the best experience there’s better places to stay for better or same prices"

"The elevator was broken, had to walk up to the 3rd floor. Stairwell was filthy and wreaked of smoke. The third floor said nonsmoking but it was very strong in the hallway. The room had stained walls, ceiling and chair. There was the smallest handsoap ive ever seen. Poor lighting in the room and lack of electrical outlets. Has to unplug the clock to get use of one. Thought about leaving and going to the hotel next door. Wouldn't recommend due to the poor air quality with smoking. Would not stay here again with children of any age. Price seemed okay when booking but after our arrival, it was not worth that amount. "

"Only stayed to sleep. Arrived 10 pm and left early in the am. Sufficient for that, everything clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom well equipped and the linens smelled good. Only thing that bothered me was a noisy fan in the room. "

"Stayed in queen with kitchenette room. Perfect for long stays. Room was spotless! Hotel has gone through renovations. Excellent value, Room was quiet despite being on a very busy area of the city. Breakfast was good! Varied."
