Great clean condo! Literally right on the beach, as close as you can get in the facility.

The condo was wonderful, check in was a nightmare. I was lied to and told they were cleaning room at 3:15 and waiting for inspection before we could enter.Knowing check in is officially at 4:00 pm. We stoid outside room for 45 minutes and no one maid or inspection took place. Always in the past if room was ready you could enter. So i did like the taste of that experience at check in.But condo was wonderful.

Nice condo. Linens desperately need updating. (King bed's were fine). One bed appeared as though it had not been changed(hair and debris in sheets😳). They quickly took care of that. Main suite bathroom smelled of urine ( not dog) from the time we arrived til we left. The throw rugs were tattered and dirty. Maybe some covers for the couches and chairs that can be washed between renters.

Amazing beach front rental

Amazing beachfront rental for our family gathering. Condo was much more spacious than pictures showed, we were pleasantly surprised. Very updated and clean and especially loved the view from the balcony!

Great stay

We had a great time. The condo was clean and a great size, well stocked. There were 4 of us, so we all had our own bed. I got the big room as I had done all the research and found this unit. The view was fantastic as the patio was well laid out. The pool and hot tub were very nice as well. Lots of lounge chairs. SPIrentals was good to deal with and the price was good as well. Thanks for helping us find a great place.

This unit was perfect for the 9 of us. We had plenty of space to spread out and a nice big table to gather around for games. Excellent view and distance to the water. We only ran into a few issues with the shuttles not running due to the holiday weekend, but otherwise the trip was great!

Worst Master Bedroom Mattress

Poor rating only because of the lumpy mattress, very cheap linen used and I mean very very cheap. The unit itself is very nice and has all you need during ur stay. The views are beautiful from the unit. Large spacious balcony to enjoy the morning coffee and view and evening cocktails

Great Location!

The property is gulf front as described. The condo is generally very comfortable and laundry facility is accessible in the building. The only drawback - the mattress on the bed in the master bedroom is horribly soft and saggy. It has seen its better days and should be replaced soon.

The room/condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. Plenty of space. Easy access. We faced the gulf and had a lot of foggy weather in the mornings, which burned off later. One heated pool out of 3. Nice tennis courts. Frequently property cleaning in mutual areas. Wish there had been a restaurant/bar on the property. But there were plenty of local places to go. Would go there again.

Family vaca

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The unit was in excellent condition. We had a problem with an old mattress in the guess bed room that SPI Rentals + the owner resolved the same day. The new mattress was wonderful. Thank You SPI Rentals & condo owner! For the future, I would recommend that some of the pillows in the condo be changed also. In closing, the location of the condo (balcony) was perfect for viewing the beach, the resort and the fireworks. I recommend this condo. George

The overall experience was good. The sheets had hair in them. the floor over all was not very clean especially master bath and the two small rugs in master bath were filthy and smelled. When we called about the sheets, they said they would bring clean in 30 minutes and it actually took over an hour-

Excellent All Around

This is someone's home - not a rental property and it shows. Tastefully furnished with comfortable furniture and a huge balcony overlooking the Gulf… What more could you want? The location is great too. We continue to rent from SPI Rentals because they have always treated us well, listened to any concerns we have had and responded immediately. This time was no different. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues that we spoke with them about but nothing serious. We would absolutely rent this property again! We almost hate to give it such a great review because we want it to be available when we need it to be LOL. A special shout out to Marina and SPI Rentals for such great service!
