"It was okay, average everything, just sometimes have issues with the card and other's are when breakfast and there is no space to eat, other than that it's a good stay. For what it is and what you need it's good, so solid 8/10. "

"Room smelled horrible. They should just rip carpet out. Blankets are old and not clean. The extra blanket in the closet had someone’s hair stuck to it. Only good thing is that the pool is heated and lobby area was clean."

"Very rude people checking us in. The whole hotel smells super bad and old. The room was very big but the pull out couch was broken and they told me they couldn't help me."

"Our partial ocean view cabana was outdated. The bed and pillows were very comfy. However the white bed linens and towels were dingy looking. The ship window is nice if you love light shining through in the morning. However, i prefer blackout curtained rooms. A blind or curtain needs to be put over that window for customers who do not care for a light shining brightly in the am. The shower was very slow draining. And the second night a spider greeted me hanging on her web eye level in the shower. I had to put it in the trash can bag. Once dressed escorted the whole bag outside. I dont even know if it was in the bag after showering! I personally am noy afraid of spiders. But my husband is terrified. Because he has previously been bit by a recluse. Overall the maintenance is lacking. For example the room safe was rusted. Its a minor thing. And, I realize the rooms are near the beach. However, that should not stop ongoing maintenance and keeping up the aesthetics. Monthly touch up paint in rooms and property would make a big difference in overall customer satisfaction. New sheets and bedspread is needed. For the total price paid for 2 nights. I feel it was not worth the outdated and neglected maintenance. I took a picture of the bar ac where we were sitting. Black mold all around the outside of unit and wall. "

"Clean room, nice staff, good coffee bar, great pool bar and food truck. Great beach access and clean. Walking distance to everything. "

"One of our rooms was not cleaned when we arrived. When we asked for our rooms to be cleaned they did not clean them and left sheets in a bag in front of our door for one room. When we asked the front desk why, they said they did not know what house keeping does. "

"If your in need of an iron or ironing board and although they advertise they have them they do not. TVs are not smart tvs so bring your own HDMI if you want to watch anything other than over the air stations and good luck with a tv remote. They do not work....hope you like cold showers as there was no hot water in my room "
