Une fois arrivée là-bas, le personnel ne savait pas ce que comprenait la demi-pension. Nous avons donc dû demander à trois personnes différentes afin de savoir ce que comprenait ce menu.. Nous apprenions avec grand regret, à ce moment qu’aucune boisson, ni ni café, ni autre n’était inclus dans la demi-pension, et que en plus de cela, nous avons le choix entre trois plats.. restant une semaine à l’hôtel, cela ne nous léchait guère de choix dans la variété du plat. De plus il s’agissait du jour de l’an et à l’occasion de celui-ci, aucun évènement ni menu spécifique ni boisson n’était offert aux clients.. nous avons été extrêmement déçu de cela. De plus, on nous a facturé un cocktail, le premier jour alors que nous n’avons rien bu, nous avons dû faire des pieds et des mains afin de se justifier de n’avoir pas consommé ce soir-là.. cela est très désagréable enfin notre enfant a été malade durant une nuit et a souillé les draps de la chambre. Nous avons avertis l’hôtel dès 9h du matin, afin que cela soit nettoyé.. après une escapade londonienne vers 16 heures, nous sommes retournés à la chambre qui était toujours sans dessus. Nous avons donc dû demander en express un nettoyage et la Femme De Ménage n’est arrivé qu’à 19 heures..
