"Very nice building all around. Excellent restaurant and fitness center. I would recommend avoiding the side of the building with the public pay parking for the boat launch as it can be quite noisy early in the morning during boating season. Also, the showers have poor water pressure. But I would stay here again being more strategic about the room location for a quieter more enjoyable stay."

"Room was large , bed was super comfortable, great views of farm , staff was very friendly and helpful . It is a farm too, breakfast is put out in the morning. You sit at a table with the other guests. It’s a small place. Loved our conversations with the other guests who were from all over. Close to many restaurants. ."

"Great place to stay in Sooke on the water. Easy to find, easy to get into, and a nice clean place to settle into to enjoy the environs. We enjoyed walks on the beach, visiting the potholes, and biking the galloping goose up into sooke river pothole area. We were very relaxed, rested well on comfy beds, used the well stocked / appointed kitchen, and just appreciated the quiet. Wish we had more time - so much to do - but that is for a return trip! Special thanks to Sub who quickly returned something I left."

"We loved the loft we rented. It was newly remodelled and very clean and had all the conveniences of home. The bed was so comfy and the shower was spacious and felt like a spa. The kitchen was well stocked and I loved the coffee/tea/creamers to get us through the day without having to go to a restaurant for our fix. I was able to enjoy the outdoor furniture to read and enjoy the fresh air. There was even white robes to lounge around in. We saw so many deer in the neighbourhood. And the spit walk at the end of the road is a wonderful easy sunset hike with great views. This place is truly a hidden gem. I only wish we were staying for longer!"
