This newly remodeled unit, "Shore to Please," features a master bedroom with ensuite, custom bunks, and two full baths, accommodating up to six guests in an open floor plan with a fully upgraded kitchen, living/dining room, and in-unit washer and dryer.

Palms of Seagrove is a private condo community on the south side of 30A and in the heart of Seagrove Beach. It features a community pool and private beach access. Shore to Please is a 10-minute bike ride to Seaside Town Square!

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
Parking for 1 vehicle in an open parking lot. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
If you rent a golf cart, the golf cart must be gas-powered and will take up your 1 allocated parking space.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• No Pets
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID

Great stay!

We had such a great time here! We loved the beach access, the chair rentals, and everything was very close by! We enjoyed dinner at the Cafe 30A. We hope to come back next year.

The Palms is in a great location on 30A. Close to all your favorite restaurants and shopping, yet not over crowded! We love staying here.

Property was not quite what we expected based on the pictures. Amazing view!!! It was adequate for our stay. Furniture could use a deep clean. Hallway windows open to condos next door so hallway bunk beds have light all night. Algea growing on hall window, & a sheet rock repair in den. Not bad, but would not stay here agai.

BEST BIRTHDAY BEACH TRIP EVER 🏖️

The Palms Shore to Please is a great unit on the second floor. Very nicely decorated. Great view of the gulf. Especially nice that the beach area is not too crowded. Kismet personnel did a fabulous job in handling the reservation.

30A Beach Time

Shore to Please is a great oceanfront unit. The ocean view, the cleanliness, the furnishings and the management support were all top notch. We come to 30A twice a year. This was one of our best stays.

Beautiful condo, gorgeous view!

Everything was so nice in this condo…very upscale but also comfortable. The view was stunning. I loved the mixture of Palm Trees and lots of plants and shrubs with the ocean and beach beyond that felt like I was in a private sanctuary.

Great beachfront view!

Shore to Please was an amazing experience! This recently renovated condo has great new finishes and a incredible view of the water from inside or on the balcony. You can walk to several restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the property and condo. It was nice being on the water with a great view. Pictures match the condo, it is gorgeous. The location is perfect between Seaside and Rosemary. We biked to Seaside daily.

Beautiful condo, beautiful view

This was our second stay at this beautiful condo on the beach and we can't wait to go back. Everything about the stay, including the view, the cleanliness of the condo and amenities included was top notch. My favorite moments are coffee on the balcony in the mornings watching the sunrise and after dark when all you hear is the sound of waves hitting the shore. Management is wonderful to work with all around. We cannot wait to rebook again next year.

Palms of Seagrove- Perfection!

We loved our stay at the Palms of Seagrove. The beachfront condo location was amazing. Less than a mile to Seagrove and walking distance to plenty of restaurants. The condo was the perfect size for our family of three. We loved it so much we booked our follow on vacation for the next year while we were still there!

Absolutely beautiful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shore to Please. Not only was the condo immaculate and lovely, the view of the beach was outstanding! We rose to a beautiful sunrise and gorgeous sunset at night. Beach is incredible with white sand and crystal blue water. We can’t wait to revisit!

Enjoyed the location and ambiance of this property. Close to Seaside and all of 30A. View of the ocean was lovely and the two bathrooms were a nice bonus ~ both had great lighting and amenities. The condo was nicely appointed and comfortable. Would recommend.
