"First off, the number that was first given was fake, not a great start. Spent over an hr trying to reach out for help with hotels.com. They had the correct number which is: 385-223-9851. I hope this saves the next person. This was a mistake by hotel.com not the host. Fake number was1-555-5555. For this place this is a basement apt. The place is nice and quiet. The place offered a large amount of privacy. Everything was very clean and we were given supply’s to be able to keep it clean...

"This place was nice. Very clean and just as described on the site. It was very close to restaurants and stores. The only downside was the little person feet running around upstairs and the owners upstairs control the temperature. We were out a lot so this wasn’t a big problem for us."

"This is a lovely place. The host was so nice - on the day we arrived, it was snowing a lot. The host started to shuffle the driveway at 5 pm and put rock salt on the driveway for us. We arrived late at 10 pm. On the kitchen counter, there was a small gift bag that included a pancake mix. They also provide hot chocolate, coffee, oatmeal, etc. The beds were comfortable."

Recommend a keypad-type door handle- lock rather than the hanging lock box with a hard key, for ease of coming and going. Regardless, we would definitely stay there again."

"I loved this space. We will be booking with Yolonda every time we visit. I stayed with my 2 boys ages 13 and 16. We were comfortable, watching Netflix movies and making breakfast. I was able to sleep so peacefully during our visit. The house was decorated to where it made us feel at home. Reina (Yolonda’s dog) was sucn a sweet dog. She is a Very friendly dog who likes when you talk to her and give her attention. We enjoyed her. I look forward to staying in this beautiful, and tranquil space...

"My wife, 3 of my adult kids and I needed comfortable lodgings that were convenient to the FARM, a training facility for the private firearms introductory course I arranged for my family this weekend. This accommodation was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped, the space was nicely decorated, fresh, clean and modern. Though the family lives upstairs, they were friendly but appropriately respectful and kept their distance. And who can argue with a bowl of Utah truffles as a welcome gift!"

"The location is definitely prime - view of lake & small pond across the street. The house is nicely appointed and clean. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Overhead fans in each bedroom were appreciated. The only drawback was that both bathrooms were upstairs - no powder room on first floor. That got uncomfortable for us older folks. It would be a good thing to point this out in the property description. Older folks would appreciate knowing this fact. We enjoyed our time staying...
