It was a very nice, quiet neighborhood. I came in late that night due to my flight delay. I contacted the host of my rental to let her know of my delay. She was so understanding and left the light on outside the door so I could see to code in. The unit had all the ammenities of home and then some. It's too bad I didn't get a chance to use to use them since I got in late and went straight to be and left early the next morning. I came in town one day and left the next. I would stay there again for a longer stay next time. The access to the trail system and river is not direct from the unit, like the pictures appear. You access it from the owners fenced yard. There is actually no yard space at all with the unit. There is no AC or heat control in the unit either, everything is controlled through the main house and it was really cold before going to bed and then at some point in the night, it gets shut off and by 4 or 5 am the place is up to 74 degrees. Also, there was lots of movement upstairs until well past 10pm that was loud while we were trying to sleep. Other than those things, it was a nice unit, in a nice neighborhood. ##### Aimee R.
