The service at this hotel was fantastic. The desk staff were very friendly and welcoming and made efforts to make sure our stay was comfortable. I really appreciated the text message correspondence ensuring our needs were met and Melissa at the front desk went above and beyond. The room was clean and fresh each day of our stay and the beds, bedding and towels were of good quality. The bathroom shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap all smelled very nice. The room AC worked well and the room and hallway were very quiet. I think my kids’ favorite part of the hotel was the fresh, warm cookies at the front desk.
The beds were made each day and were very comfortable.
