One of the best all inclusive hotel I ever stayed at, i highly recommend it for families with kids . Such a great spots for them to play in the water .Food amazing , the staff it’s the best ! But I want to do a big shout out to Raquel who made my stay the most memorable and comfortable she helped me with everything even so many little Carrol to celebrate my wife and daughters bdy! 10/10 experience! The resort was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The food and drinks were excellent, with plenty of choices throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable, the entertainment was enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. We had the family concierge package. We had Jonathon Vergara as our concierge. He was amazing. He took care of every detail, including toys and gifts for the kids, making restaurant reservations, and solving any issue that we had arise. Overall, the staff was amazing. Everything was spotless. We enjoyed the aqua park and all the pools.

The property is wonderful, clean and well maintained. The staff are always welcoming and willing to help. There were many varieties of food and restaurants of every cuisine. We really loved the hibachi and their chefs performance. The staff wasn't pushy like other hotels about joining a membership. Thats very important for us. We appreciate every person there who made our stay wonderful and will definitely come back to this property.

What an awesome place for children. Our room was spacious and well-maintained; the food was objectively good, and the entertainment was really solid. The best part was the water park for the kids! They spent most of their day there, at the pirate ship pool, kids club, and pigging out at the restaurant. They couldn't get enough! And that means a lot coming from 4, 6, and 7-year-old girls! Nothing but joy the entire 4 days. We'll definitely be back again.

We stayed 9 nights at Paradisus Playa del Carmen and had a great overall experience. The resort is beautiful, the beach was lovely, and the food was good with lots of variety. Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of sargassum during our stay, so we couldn’t swim in the ocean, but that’s obviously beyond the resort’s control. Having a dedicated concierge staff is a nice touch - Jessica was very attentive with our requests. The activities were good and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. Our only suggestion would be to have an à la carte option for breakfast rather than only the buffet (unless we missed that option) Overall, we would recommend Paradisus, especially for families with young children!

The property was wonderful and our adjoining rooms were perfect for our family of five. Our Concierge Tiara was wonderful and we really enjoyed the private pool on the Family Concierge side. The restaurants and buffets were great as well. I loved how strong the AC was in the room which provided a beautiful and comfortable respite from the heat and humidity. The property was showing some signs of aging and could use some TLC to make it look modern and new.

The amenities and grounds were nice and fairly clean. The property is aging though and there is unmaintained wear and tear. They will most certainly try to get you to sit through their timeshare presentation and sign up for their Circle membership (5 year timeshare commitment) by claiming you have an unused amenity credit and the only way to use it is to sit through their timeshare presentation. Staff is great, food is amazing, coffee and ice cream is fantastic, shows and kids activities are fun. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job. The pools and water parks are fantastic.
