Fantastic trip! Would stay here again. 100% recommend getting the family concierge, it elevated the trip so much. Cynthia was our concierge and made our trip absolutely amazing! The rooms you could tell had some wear and tear but the entire resort was extremely clean. Fantastic staff and great food.

This was our 3rd time staying at the property and the first bringing our kids. In the past we stayed on the adult side. Everyone is always so nice, the property is gorgeous, the accommodations are wonderful and we love staying there!

We booked a family concierge room and it was 100% worth it! Our concierge, Erika, was so attentive and made our kids feel so special with surprises to the room each day. Great resort for kids with all the activities they plan. Also great for parents, as you can take advantage of the kids club and then use the adult only side amenities!

This hotel was awesome!! We had a blast on our family vacation. Super kids friendly. The kids loved the kid's club and water park, and wanted to go everyday. The food and service was great. The only thing negative was the mosquitoes at night, but nothing that bug spray can't fix. Definitely coming back.

One of the best all inclusive hotel I ever stayed at, i highly recommend it for families with kids . Such a great spots for them to play in the water .Food amazing , the staff it’s the best ! But I want to do a big shout out to Raquel who made my stay the most memorable and comfortable she helped me with everything even so many little Carrol to celebrate my wife and daughters bdy! Raquel thank you much you are the best!!!!! My family loved this hotel

10/10 experience! The resort was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. This was our second stay at Paradisius Playa Del Carmen, and it was even better than the first time. The staff went above and beyond to give us exceptional service. The food, pools, and entertainment was great. The only negative is the beach, but they can't be blamed for that. Highly recommend this resort.

We had the family concierge package. We had Jonathon Vergara as our concierge. He was amazing. He took care of every detail, including toys and gifts for the kids, making restaurant reservations, and solving any issue that we had arise. Overall, the staff was amazing. Everything was spotless. We enjoyed the aqua park and all the pools.

The property is wonderful, clean and well maintained. The staff are always welcoming and willing to help. There were many varieties of food and restaurants of every cuisine. We really loved the hibachi and their chefs performance. The staff wasn't pushy like other hotels about joining a membership. Thats very important for us. We appreciate every person there who made our stay wonderful and will definitely come back to this property.

What an awesome place for children. Our room was spacious and well-maintained; the food was objectively good, and the entertainment was really solid. The best part was the water park for the kids! They spent most of their day there, at the pirate ship pool, kids club, and pigging out at the restaurant. They couldn't get enough! And that means a lot coming from 4, 6, and 7-year-old girls! Nothing but joy the entire 4 days. We'll definitely be back again.
