"The staff were all super friendly and nice! I could leave my room key with them as I went out each day, my room was large and very clean. The pool was smaller than the pictures indicated but there were chairs around it to relax. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and most tours would pick up from it as well. "

"I loved everything in Cartagena. The Hyatt Regency is an excellent hotel, from the service in the lobby, the pool, the restaurant, to the room service.
