All the staff are nice and friendly, food is delicious, we had splendid time in this hotel. One of the most remarkable things is its natural coral reef where we can see beautiful fish. The only thing I was disappointed was they don’t have enough snorkeling set. The service was excellent overall. We were welcomed on arrival and given a tour. The bellmen were attentive and kind. The front desk from the overnight staff to the general manager were all helpful and accomodating. The bar restaurant had great food and drinks as did the main. We stayed over-water and the bungalows were immaculately kept and really stunning. If I had anything to improve upon it would be the poolside/beach service. It was confusing how to get drink service there. Overwater bungalows are very modern, spacious and gorgeous! Wonderful snorkeling right off your private dock. Beautiful infinity pool with plenty of shaded seating if desired. Definitely a splurge, but well worth it for a special occasion. The Manava has a Polynesian feel and decor. Facility is very nicely kept and food was also very good. The lagoon is great for snorkeling as it is filled with beautiful fish!
