« L'hotel est magnifique sur une île. Un endroit vraiment paradisiaque qui permet de s'echapper du train train quotidien. Le personnel y est super gentil. Cependant, j'ai 2 bémols. Pour se rendre sur l'ile c'est vraiment difficile en dehors des heures de l'hôtel. Il y a 2 transports par jour et si vous ne pouvez pas alors il vous faut un transport privé. En allant j'ai pris le transport privé car l'hotel ne m'a jamais repondu au sujet du transport. Finalement je les ai appelé et j'ai eu un Mr...

« L’hôtel ce trouve sur une ile, ils ont une navette (10 a 12 personne sur le bateau) pour aller du port à l’hôtel (15 minutes de bateau) Accueil tres sympa quand on arrive sur l’île, avec une boisson offerte, nous avons pris un chambre haut de gamme, tres grande, avec climatisation, douche correcte (sans eau chaude) fréquent en Colombie. Mais la température de l’eau n’est pas froide. Plage correct, restaurant pas de la haute cuisine mais c’est bon, cocktail de fruit tres bon. Petit déjeuner...

« Notre séjour à été parfait, le personnel est très accueillent et serviable, la nourriture est très bonne et les installations sont en très bon état. Petit bémol, la nourriture est assez chère par rapport aux tarifs colombiens. Le chemin pour accéder à l'hôtel est en effet un chemin en terre mais nous avons pu y arriver en taxi sans problèmes. »

« L’hotel n’a pas envoyé le transfert que nous avions commandé. Quand nous avons eu le gérant au téléphone pour essayer de prendre un Uber jusqu’au bateau, il était très agressif et n’a pas confirmé le bateau. Nous n’avons pas pu accéder à l’hôtel et avons dû booker en urgence un autre hôtel à 20h30. Évidemment ils refusent de nous rembourser. PIRE EXPÉRIENCE »
