The hotel was a perfect location. The staff was really great and personable. Caroline at front desk took care of our situation and made sure our problems were fixed. Every company needs to learn from this place and take notes how to be great at hospitality. Great time will return

Honestly the room was amazing they even upgraded us to a bigger room. Only issue I had was the guest rules! Even tho I booked for 4 people its was me and a friend as a main guest. The rule is that you cannot bring different guest after 8pm or else it’s a $100 charge each guest you sign in after 8pm. So if you’re planning on bringing guest to your room after hours this isn’t the place!

I had some issues with my room (water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom, a few spiders, and the entire window certain fell down), but nevertheless I really enjoyed my stay: I didn’t expect for it to be perfect. The staff were very communicative, and they even upgraded my suite for free. I loveddddd the restaurant and pool on the top floor, and I love going to the cafe in the mornings. The security guards in front of the property made me feel very safe as a solo traveler: they always checked inside of the Ubers I was taking before I went inside. I would stay here again.

The minute we stepped foot in the building the hospitality was so sweet. From the front desk clerk to even the manager to the girls upstairs in the pool deck. My family felt very welcomed. The hotel was so close to everything! So taking the Ubers and taxi was not expensive at all. My son fell in love with a sweet dog that would not leave the front of the building and looks that the staff and care for him as well. It was the sweetest thing. Our room was a vibe! Very beautiful decoration all around from outside of building to the rooms. Breakfast was delicious and very cultural. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting and looking for a place to stay. Bondo Hometel is definitely the place!

Bondo hometel was exactly as pictured. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building was secured, there’s 24hr security. The breakfast was very good. The location was close to everything and the ease of transportation was a plus. I enjoyed my staff.

U only get one key card certain days there’s no water you have to wait to shower or use the bathroom but 88 percent staff is great. The rooftop is amazing but they need more staff to help him cook and serve drinks.
