« La propiedad es fantastica, el desayuno incluido muy bueno pero pareciera que todo lo tenia hecho y todo estaba frio cuando lo sirvieron, queriamos extra cafe y tuvieron que ir a pedir permiso al manager si podian hacer otra jarra. Si estan un poco pendientes de los detalles en servicio seria fantastico. Tambien almorzamos y tuvimos que esperar mas de 45 para que llegara la cuenta. La entrada necesita ser pavimentada o los huecos tapados. »

« L’hotel est extrêmement bien située. Il est aussi jolie, mais les finitions ne sont pas bien faite. Il n’y a ni table de chevet ni frigidaire. Aussi, j’aurais aimé qu’il y ait un loquet a l'intérieur de la chambre pour plus de sécurité car je voyagais solo. Finalement, le quartier est bruyant et on entend tout ce qui se passe dehors lorsque nous sommes dans la chambre. »

« L’hôtel ce trouve sur une ile, ils ont une navette (10 a 12 personne sur le bateau) pour aller du port à l’hôtel (15 minutes de bateau) Accueil tres sympa quand on arrive sur l’île, avec une boisson offerte, nous avons pris un chambre haut de gamme, tres grande, avec climatisation, douche correcte (sans eau chaude) fréquent en Colombie. Mais la température de l’eau n’est pas froide. Plage correct, restaurant pas de la haute cuisine mais c’est bon, cocktail de fruit tres bon. Petit déjeuner...

« We had a wonderful stay at the Charleston ! The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old Cartagena (we had a view on the walls). We really enjoyed the warm welcome by the staff. When it comes to the room, it was so comfortable (especially the beds which were hard to leave in the morning) and really clean. The AC is a bit too noisy though, should be fixed.
