Immerse yourself in the rich history of Pensacola while indulging in modern luxury at our newly renovated interior 1 bedroom suite perched above Palafox Street.

This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). The historic building, built in 1906, offers the perfect balance of historic charm and modern amenities! Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street!

Check In Process:
To check in at any of our 16 Brent Loft condos, guests will need to send email address and sign rental agreement. Minimum age at check in is 25. ID may be requested to confirm age and identity verification. During the week of arrival, we will send step-by-step instructions and videos showing how to download and use the phone app to enter the common space and condo door. It is highly recommended to review and complete these items before arriving on property to allow for a seamless check in.

-Parking is not included in your stay, but validation can be added at a discounted rate ($10/night) for the Premium Parking lot that is directly behind the Lofts. Guests simply need to send us their license plate, pull into the lot and park! Easy as that.

-We do offer discounts for longer stays, military, wedding, etc. Please contact management for more info.

Right in the heart of downtown we got to see the free jazz festival and the Saturday farmers market. The space seemed brand new with all high end appliances, bedding and bathroom products. Easy check in and access to the outdoor terrace and full gym! Will definitely be back to stay again!

The Seville Suite was beautiful and very comfortable during my stay. It had all the amenities I needed. The only challenge I had was getting into the building and room with the Yale Accentra app. Karen had to come out and assist me.
