"The room was nice, but I was expecting a better view and a bigger room. This is the second time I’ve purchased the Riverview Deluxe room and the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this hotel. Last time the room and view was excellent! This time the room was smaller and the view wasn’t nearly as good. Almost like we were put into a Riverview standard room, because they were full when we arrived. Also, the window hadn’t been cleaned on the outside, so the view was obstructed. Overall the room was the room nice and hotel were nice, and the view was okay. Just a bit disappointed compared to our last visit. We would stay here again, because it is a nice and safe hotel with great walkability to Clifton Hill and the Falls. Also, ALL of the staff were very nice and helpful! Overall we had a lovely trip to Niagara Falls and are looking forward to our next visit!!"
