"Great staff! Decent price and clean. The alarm clock in the room was set for midnight! Going foward, alarm clocks will be unplugged! I stay here alot on business and appreciate cost, staff, cleanliness, and location. Imagine being awakened at midnight by an alarm I did not set! The abrupt awakening made me think it was a fire alarm. I never really got back to solid sleep. This totally freaked me out! I'm a middle aged woman staying alone in a hotel hundreds of miles from home. Unplug the alarm clock and use the microwave to show you the time. Big lesson learned. "

The hot tub was great, excellent breakfast as well.
Staff was very accommodating, anything we needed we got right away.
Highly recommend this property will most certainly stay there on our next visit to Syracuse.
