A great location for visiting Syracuse University - a short walk up the hill to the campus. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room decor is a little dated. Staff at the restaurant was pleasant but seems understaffed - breakfast service took a long time.
Main problem was that the wooden shades in the room did not keep the sun out or the city lights—tough on a light sleeper.
I liked that the building looked very much original but with modern amenities. The continental breakfast with omelet bar was wonderful! The staff was helpful and pleasant. Great stay! I love the 2:00 check out that allowed us to enjoy the city a little more.
Great property at a great location close to the University
Getting breakfast sent to the room, delivered right on time, pointed in the right direction when needing something, very fast checkout assist.
I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the hotel, from the rooms to the pool area. The staff were kind and helpful. When we checked in to our stay, we were upgraded simply because better rooms were available. The hotel offered free evening stacks and Starbucks coffee and the breakfast had ...
Valet service was hit and miss. Maid service did not happen on first day & third day.
Everything was really clean! The service was amazing and the staff were very nice!
The room was very clean and has unique features. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The parking across the street was inconvenient. Valet parking would have been better.
